At Balterley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If an item isn't quite right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
